The property is located very close to Bedford Place and the city, and is even closer to The Avenue with great bus links to Southampton and Solent Universities, the train station etc. A resident parking permit can be obtained from the council for on street parking.

The property is clean, comfortable and offers good quality accommodation, there is a fully equipped kitchen/diner with appliances, including fridge/freezer and a washing machine, and a bathroom with bath and shower over. The bedroom has a double bed, bedside table, light, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The house has central heating with a new boiler and a garden.

The new tenant would be sharing with two others (both male). The rent is £330 per calendar month, with a deposit of £400 per tenant (which is held by the DPS, a Government backed scheme designed to support tenants). Gas (central heating and cooking), broadband, electric, water and Council Tax bills are shared between the three tenants (bills plus rent = £400 a month approximately).

There are no fees as you will be dealing directly with the (friendly!) landlord.
