Double Room - Friendly Student House
We are a group of 3, 3rd year creative students, looking for a chilled out and friendly addition to our house. Preferably a student (no council tax!), but is not a requirement.
We are looking for someone who will enjoy hanging out and watching game of thrones (or watching crappy films with us), perfect for someone sociable, though we would prefer staying in rather than going out clubbing :)
The double room on offer is a medium size with double bed, wardrobe, desk and shelving.
All areas are communal except your own room. Kitchen is a good size, and kept clean. Living area is cozy, great for sitting round and watching films together. 1 bathroom with shower and bath, and downstairs toilet.
In Polygon area, 5-10 minute walk from town, local shops are just down the end of the road.
Looking for someone to move in ASAP, 1st of August is ideal.
Deposit is £400, bills come to around £50 per month.
