Spacious clean and tidy house, less than 4 miles from the city center and less than 2 miles to the M3 Hedge End junction.

Friendly, and relaxed home with one room available. The house has large shared areas which are bright and airy. There are 2 bathrooms, one downstairs which has a double shower and one upstairs with a bath. The house also has a very large secluded garden including a patio with furniture, and a gravel driveway with space to fit 4 cars.

The shared areas are fully furnished by current occupants, however, the bedroom is unfurnished.

Ideally we need the room filled from September 1st, as current occupant is moving on.
