Short term tenant is welcomed. Good location

Hello,

I am looking for a social, tidy housemate to rent a fully furnished room in my 2 bedroom house. The house is completely furnished and is very homely and comfortable!

The bedroom has a desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers and single bed. The rent DOESN'T include bills, but bills tend to be cheap! I have a private landlord who is really efficient and good(but, you don't need to see him) thus NO AGENCY FEES and a low deposit.

The house has 2 bedroom, 1 living room , 1 kitchen, 1 shower room.
Washing machine (can be used as dryer) and refrigerator are furnished in the kitchen.

The location is really convenient
5 - 10 minutes walk from big Sainsbury on the Portswood road.
10 minutes walk from the university.
10 seconds walk from Primier store.
There are some of nice local pubs nearby the room.
