Double furnished room in North Baddesley

Welcome and thanks for reading my ad. My name is Katie. I am 27 years old and I live in my owned 3 bed home in North Baddesley. I am a professional working full time. I love film and music, eating and drinking (in and out), socialising, and being out of doors. My home is an open one and I enjoy having visitors! This would be fine for you too. Please note my preferences are just that - preferences. I will consider any interested persons. The move in date can also be flexible.

I use the smallest bedroom as an office/study/music room and have one spare double room (the one for rent!). The room is currently furnished with a single bed that pulls out into a double bed. There is a double wardrobe, chest of drawers, and dressing. if you wish to bring any of your own furniture, we can discuss this option! The room is light and airy.

I have one bathroom; toilet, basin and bath with overhead power shower. I have a kitchen and larger lounge diner room. I have a front and back garden, with shed and garage. There is on street parking. I have super fast fibre broadband and free view TV. (I tend to listen to music and seldom watch the TV but thought you might like to know the options!) There is central heating and a central alarm system. I bought my house in 2011 and fully renovated it so the kitchen and bathroom are new, and the house is newly designed and decorated. I very much love and respect our home, and it's important to us that anyone who shares it does the same.
