Walking distance from Southampton Solent and the station. I'm looking for clean, considerate, open-minded flatmates to share this household with. I'm friendly, outgoing and studying first-year Animation at Solent.
The household, when I went to go view it, was surprisingly roomy and the renovations being done are great, such as new vinyl flooring in the kitchen and such. There is no mould, double glazing, good heating. There is kitchen/dining area and the landlord is friendly and eager to help should you want to view the place. Also the heating, broadband and water is included, provided that we aren't wasteful with it.
The area too, is a nice and safe area so you can rest easy if you'll worry about this sort of thing. Always nice to have a little peace of mind
