Shared house for rent 200m from Highfield Campus

I was a Student at Southampton Uni and this is my house for rent.

There is a separate house in the garden with independent kitchen (granite worktops) and bathroom (with Jacuzzi!!) at £87. 5 per week. In the main house there are 4 large double rooms at £75 per week and a single room (not box room, single bed with cupboard storage and desk) at £67. 5 per week.

The house is fully furnished, double beds, storage and desks in each room. The kitchen has a large fridge, washing machine, electric hobs, oven and microwave.

There is a shared bathroom and under stairs storage. Off street parking for 1 car and you can apply for parking in front of the house, permits are free from the Council plus you get 150 visitors permits (handy if mates are visiting or late for lectures) House is pretty much on campus, nice to pop home for lunch or after the Stags :-).

There are no agency fees as I manage the property myself, Its £350 deposit per person and rent is paid by direct debit at the beginning of each month.

There is a nice enclosed back garden with built in undercover barbecue area.

Tenants are responsible for all bills, energy rating 61 (level D), efficient house to run.

Annex is available immediately and the main house form the 1st of November
