Three sociable and friendly girls who are all young professionals working in the local area and keen to welcome a new housemate! The house is very sociable and we enjoy days and nights out together, and also enjoy a natter over tea and plenty of cake! I am going traveling, but will be sad to leave this lovely home.

The room is on the ground floor overlooking the garden. It is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and desk and chair.

The house has a great kitchen that has a 'hatch' through to the dining room/sitting room which is a great room for relaxing in or entertaining.

The kitchen has a gas cooker/oven, microwave and dishwasher. There are lots of attractive work surfaces and two fridges.

The sitting room/dining room has a dining table that extends out to sit 8 if you were entertaining. There are two very comfy sofas and a gas fire to snuggle up in front of in the winter.

There is a downstairs loo and an upstairs bathroom with a lovely shower.

At the back of the property there is a gravel terrace for warmer days and a garden with a large shed to store bikes in. There is also parking at the rear of the property.

The rent is £365/month (with bills (including council tax) typically comes to £448/month)

The location is superb for the hospital (10mins away) and only 5 mins walk from a large Sainsbury's and 7mins from a Tesco's. There are also some great parks nearby.
