I have a nice double room available in my two bedroom flat, 1st floor, in Highfield

It is a nicely furnished bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bookcase, etc. Flat is fully furnished & carpeted throughout, electric heating, double glazing, bath with overhead shower, allocated parking, off road parking and garage. Kitchen with washer, dryer and dishwasher. Communal garden. Bills are included (council tax, electricity, water and internet).

It is convenient for the University - a 10 minute walk to the Avenue Campus and 20 minutes to Highfield, and short walking distance to Portswood rd and city centre. There are plenty of buses along the Avenue as well.

Household comprises one happy (well, most of the time), professional, clean, non-smoking, vegetarian female.

Rent is £550 and deposit is £450 in advance.
