3 friendly students studying Maths at Southampton Uni looking for someone to fill 4th room.

House is clean, spacious and only a 5 minute walk from the university.

We have lived here together for 2 years already, so kitchen/lounge area is fully furnished including 2 large fridge-freezers and a dishwasher. We have plenty of pots, pans, cutlery, utensils, tableware, etc.

Room is upstairs, it has a desk with a chair and plenty of storage.

2 bathrooms: one upstairs, one downstairs, both with shower.
