The single room is a large well furnished room comes with double bed, large table, cupboard etc. The kitchen is big enough to fit 4 people and the extra large living room is very spacious as wells. The rent is £425 per month and it includes the utilities bills including tv license, car park etc. and also a cleaner which will come to clean the house regularly including your room if you want.
The house is very near (5min) walk to Southampton Central Train station and another 3 min walk to the city.
