I booked this Room last year to live with my class mates but I do not require this room anymore due to my studying conditions, I am looking to forward this contract to someone else. The flat mates are all friendly, out going, quiet students and fun to hang around with.
Room Information:
All inclusive rent – internet access, utility bills and insurance included
£118. 00 per week equivalent (but cannot pay weekly/monthly)
£200 deposit required before moving in
Student only accommodation
Southampton University or Solent university students welcome
Rent is payable in full before moving in if the student is international
If the student can provide a UK guarantor they can pay in 3 instalments
Monthly rent payments are not possible
Please advertise that the room has an en-suite bathroom
There is a shared kitchen and lounge between 4-6 people.
There is also a Co-Op shop within 1 minuet walking distance where you can buy your food, stationary and daily needs.
