We are looking for a nice, responsible, and tidy professional to take our available room. We are currently comprised of three professionals who all get along and like a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. The house has a big back garden where gardening, sun-bathing, and bbq-ing are encouraged. The house is quite large and fully double-glazed, with a cozy front room and a fairly huge kitchen, boasting a gas stove, a large refrigerator, and a washing machine. We are located 15 minutes from both the Central and St. Denys train stations, West Quay, and Portswood Road. London Rd. and Lodge Rd. are less than 5 minutes away to accommodate local shopping.
The room to let gets lots of light, and has two windows- north and west facing- that overlook the garden. There is a built-in wardrobe as well as an airing cupboard, with additional storage above. The room is furnished with a double bed and a desk.
WiFi is included in the cost of the room, and gas/electric, water, and council tax are evenly divided amongst the housemates.
