- two bathrooms (you would have the nice bathroom with tub and would only need to share with one very nice and tidy guy)

- balcony and off-road parking
- flatmates are 3 guys, all final year students, nice, fun and tidy
- 3 minutes walking distance from Uni / 10 minutes to town
- several stores right opposite or very close by
- Rent 320£ + approx. 40£ bills (gas, electricity, broadband)
- 350£ deposit
- lovely landlady who's caring for everything
- contract ends 23rd June 2015 but could be extended
- separate contract so no responsibility for housemates
