The rent (inc bills) is low for the property as my priority is finding the right flatmate. I like to be open and honest, so feel free to ask me anything I haven't covered in the advert.

26 yr old working standard office hours at the General Hospital. A pretty relaxed and considerate guy. I'm sociable but sometimes after a hard days work I like to keep to myself (like anyone else). I like to stay active and am regularly out running or at the gym.

My priority is finding the right flatmate, ideally someone of a similar nature.
