House Share in Southampton City (Polygon)

We're looking for a housemate to join us in our 3 bedroom house (which is 2 walk minutes from Bedford Place, 10 minutes walk from Southampton High Street and 7 min walk to Central train station).

The room and house is fully furnished (no need to bring cutlery, just a duvet and pillows!)

This is a home, not just a house :)

The Room:
Furnished good sized single room, loads of light coming in especially in the afternoon, with one double bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table.
Looking out onto the back garden.

The House:

- 1 bathroom (shower, bath & toilet)
- 1 large front room with sofa, TV and fire place
- Kitchen with all white goods (inc washing machine + tumble dryer), gas cooker, oven, grill, large freezer and large fridge, table and chairs
- Nice sized garden + second toilet downstairs
- Broadband wifi/cable internet

...and a very affectionate cat! :)

Us:

We are two friendly, busy self-employed and employed professionals. We are social enough and have people over, but not the party animals kind (our student years are behind us!).

We're looking for someone who has a stable job, preferably Monday-Friday and is happy to be in a house where there is music on most of the time!

Must be happy to share weekly house chores please to keep the house homely and loved :)

There's a lovely 10 year old cat living at the property. She's grey with white paws, her name is Sasha, and she's awesome :D

The main parking permit is taken, so if you have a car you will have to obtain a second permit from Southampton Gateway or park in a nearby permit free street.

Renewable 6 months contract, private landlord,
£300 per month excluding bills and Council Tax.
