I have a double room in a three bed house to rent.
The other two rooms are currently let.
The deposit for the room is £200 and a monthly rent of £400.
There is a shared bathroom, kitchen, toilet and living room.
The room is furnished with bed, drawers, desk with chair and built in wardrobe. There is an aerial connection for TV but no TV supplied.
There are lay-bys down the road for parking.
All bills are included with gas, electric, wifi etc.
There is a dog living in the house, so I don't want any other pets coming in.
