Funny, clean & professional housemate seeking!

Hi,

We are looking for a new housemate to join a 4 bedrooms flat. We are a bunch of cool young professionals who knew each other when they moved in but unfortunately one of us is moving far far away from us and we would need to replace her.

The ideal roommate will be open-minded and sociable to quickly find its place in our lovely flatshare. Our home is a quiet place where we are aiming to rest and respect each other privacy. It will suit a professional (Postgraduate considered) who like to keep it cool during the week and go crazy during weekends. We have one bathroom and 1 toilet to share for four which works perfectly as we all have different working hours. So we are ideally looking for someone single or someone who will understand the rules of shared house (Your GF or BF is not a housemate lol).

We love clean environment and we would hate clean after you..

The flat is quite modern and the bedroom we offer is quite large with a double bed, 2 seats couch, 1 small desk, double door wardrobe and chest of drawer.

The room will be available early January due to refurbishment. you might be able to leave stuffs during Christmas but not be able to move before January.

The flat is located on Grosvenor square which is a ideal central location, less than 10 min walk to Southampton Central, 10 min away from Westquay, lots of buses ect.
