Seeking professional housemate

Hi, looking for a young, professional male or female housemate, no couples who is tidy in communal areas. It is a two-bed semi detached house down Bedford place on a non student street. Double glazing, mod cons, furnished down to the vacuum cleaner, two lounge areas, kitchen, two bathrooms(including one huge pink bathtub), small garden.

I'm a 28 year old male and I travel for a living, so looking for someone long term, trustworthy with good financial track record, enjoys the occasional beer and The Walking Dead (the latter not essential)! I don't ever smoke in the house.

Bills at around £170pm for g/e/w/cc/internet/sky tv + one months deposit to move in.
