We have a large family home facing the Common in Southampton, very convenient for the University and the hospital. Our 2 sons are away in London so there is a lot of space for just one couple.
There is a small single bedroom available but there is also a separate kitchen, bathroom and sitting room for use by the tenant. The house is centrally heated and we have broadband. We are looking for someone to rent on a Monday to Friday basis. There is free parking up to 9am and after 5pm. Please get in touch if you would like to come and view.
