Single furnised room in friendly family home

CLOSE TO THE HOSPITAL AND CITY CENTRE. smoking is not permitted in my house or gardens and no vapes ones are permitted either in my house. Ideal for hospital workers that bus or cycle and town workers as 5 mins in car to both desternations. The room is furnished, newly decorated. We are a family of 4 2 adults and 2 children (security in place to protect the children)renting the room out we also have 3 cats and 1 dog all friendly., we are not party animals, no time limit to be in from new lodger but need respect we work and need to be up so would prefer a lodger who sleeps at night as old lodgers kept us awake, I keep a clean house but will be a rota for bathroom, toilet and kitchen cleaning. The room will be your responsibility . Kitchen has all things you need. We have a toilet and the bathroom is seperate (not ensuite) we do have a family lounge depending on the person they might be ok to use it. We have WiFi central heating. We have off road parking outside the house not on the drive, but bit on the pavement we have a front shed to keep a bicycle or bits . We are on 2 bus routes that go to the hospital and to the city centre. We have a few shops opposite our house . Quiet area road can be bit busy at times . Please email or call for more information if I have missed anything. NO TIME WASTERS!! Couples are welcome but will be £30 extra a week but only a single bed. The room is pink so would suit a female, but ok if a man doesn't mind 😀
