I'm currently a live in land lord working at the hospital. My dad lives in one of my rooms.

I have a double room that I'm looking to rent mon- fri. The room is fully furnished. It has a double mirrored wardrobe, chest of draws and two bedside tables in addition to the double bed.

The shared kitchen comes fully equipped with a 4 seater table (which extends to seat 6), and built in fridge freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher.

The shared lounge has a lovely 4 and 3 seater sofas and a 50" TV with SKY (with movies and sports packages). Broardband Internet.

The bathroom on the Middle floor is shared with one other person with luxery tiled and mirrored finish.

There is off road parking on this new development.

Bills are included.

I'm looking for a professional person who is tidy and a non smoker.

I do work shift patterns, so I may be asleep during the day when I'm on nights (so preferably no really loud music on those days).
