Looking for nice person to fill last room.

Hello,

We're 3 nice young people who are looking to rent out the 4th room in our house. It is a single bedroom on the ground floor. The bedroom is fully furnished, including bed and mattress, desk and chair, wardrobe, chest or draws, nightstand, bin. The house includes kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, hobs, plenty of cupboard space), bathroom (shower, toilet, sink, washing machine), living/dining room and a garden at the back of the house.

We're very close to the University of Southampton and the Common, the shops are close, so are bus stops, and there is a surgery on a nearby street. There is permit parking, and also non permit parking, but a space cannot be guaranteed.

The landlord is friendly and accommodating, he sees to any problems we have. The bills are not expensive, and are decreasing as we enter spring.

Two of us tenants are final years (4th) is modern languages, one of us is a masters student of archeology. We're not necessarily party people and are quiet, but we remain sociable and will enjoy long chats/conversations, or a nice pint and maybe even a quiz or a movie. We also enjoy sports, and will go swimming/running, on a regular basis, as well as other sports.

We're looking for someone to move in around 1st of April, and to move out at the end of august.
