Large double room in central, friendly house share
Hi!
We have a large double room available at our nice spacious house. We are looking for a friendly and outgoing young professional (preferably male, although we are flexible) to fit in with the rest of us 5 housemates (3 females and 2 males, ages 25-31).
The rent is £450 per month which includes all bills: Wifi, gas, electric, bins, TV licence. We are located about a ten minute walk from Central station on Millbrook Road East. There is parking available in the front drive.
We are a friendly bunch and like to interact with each other but as we all have busy schedules we like to respect each other by not throwing any wild parties, well at least not mid week!
The house is smoke and pet free I'm afraid, and no couples either.
