Double room available for student

Hey, we're currently renting a place in Berkeley Close (we’ve been living here since July 2014), and we're looking for one more person to join us for the next academic year. The house is within walking distance of the town, train station, and Solent University and very close to Bedford Place. It’s really nice accommodation, all double bedrooms, each with double bed, desk, chair and wardrobe. We have a garden and 2-3 parking spaces. Shared kitchen (including washing machine, dryer, storage space in cupboards and fridge/freezer) and spacious lounge (including two sofas, dining table and chairs). The bathroom is only shared with the two guys (I have an en-suite bathroom which I pay extra for), and there's an additional WC downstairs.

The bedroom available for rent is £335 per month. We split the bills between all four of us. There is an admin fee of £125, a deposit of £400 is required, and you would need a guarantor. The rent is due at the beginning of the month, which is paid in one group payment via Tom (lead tenant) - so we transfer the rent to his account by 28th of each month.

About us:
We’re all creative people, (though it’s not a requirement for the new tenant!) We are tidy, friendly and respectful. We take turns for household chores to keep things fair and would expect the same of a new tenant. We’re not party animals, but we occasionally invite friends over – it doesn’t get particularly loud though. We get on well as a house, and would rather somebody reasonably similar to us would join. Since we’ll all be studying for our final year, we want to be able to work, so we can’t accept a tenant who plans to be loud.

Tom, 19, studying product design. Interests include listening to music, watching rugby. Quiet, tidy, calm and friendly.

Zen, 20, studying graphic design. Interests include photography, cooking, creative thinking, pool and travel. Chilled and easy going.

Hannah, 22, studying illustration. Interests include music, watching films, reading, drawing, camping and scouting. Friendly and organised.
