Looking for 3 Young professionals and/or PHD

Hi all,

We are two young professionals looking for three people to join us in an awesome houseshare in Southampton city center.

About the property :
- City center : 200m from Bedford place with all restaurants and bars, 5 min walk from shopping streets, close to bus links and to Central train station
- Stunning 5 double bedroom house. It has just been fully renovated and is spotless. Furnished to a good standard. Really spacious house with a back garden. All matresses are new and memory foam. Two bathrooms and 3 toilets. There is a shared living room and a fully equiped kitchen.

About us :
- We are two 24 year old males.
- We work in buying for a major UK retailer
- We are both very sociable, and are looking for like-minded people that will happily hang-out in the house and go for a few drinks at the weekend.

The boring stuff :
- Bills are not included in the rent and will be split between the five of us. We estimate them to be around £100 per month each MAX (Council tax, Internet, Gas, Water & Electricity).
- We are looking for young professionals or PhD students ONLY.
- The only downside to the property is that there is no parking. Sorry.
