Double room in Woolston

A furnished double room is available in a new block of flats in Woolston area (Centenary Quay area - old Vosper shipyard).

The flat consists of two double bedrooms (I'm living in the other double bedroom), open plan living room/kitchen, hall, balcony and bathroom. The bathroom will be solely yours as my bedroom comes with en-suite. The flat is south facing so it is fairly bright and warm. In addition, there is a washing machine/tumble dryer, BT broadband. All bills are included within the rent. The cleaner also comes twice a month to clean the apartment. Please note that parking is not available on site, however there are some places in the area where cars can be parked but it is on the "first come, first served" basis.

I am a fairly laid back landlord and work as a consultant engineer in building industry. When I have spare time, I like going for a run in the nearby parks, local gym and now planning to go back into rowing once the weather gets better. I also enjoy going to the bars for a few drinks or watching a movie after a long day at work.

I am looking for someone who is relaxed, tidy and would treat the property as their own. By the way, good sense of humour is a must! :)
