Basically if you're single and looking to meet the love of your life you probably want to live with me. My last three flatmates have all met 'the one' whilst living with me.

Jenny, my latest flatmate is now going to live with her bf, so I have a great room with balcony and bathroom going spare.

It's a top floor flat, with balcony/terrace/views over the Itchen, in a new building, built 2010's to a high spec. Very energy efficient (EPC C).

It's hard to write about yourself without sounding like a complete tosser isn't it? Basically I'm pretty domesticated, sometimes I even smell nice. Give me a try. Not smelling me though. That's just weird.
