You can cycle or walk to both hospitals, Universities, and the train station or take the A335 straight to the motorway. Good for Masters and PhD students or professionals.

Existing tenant (me) is a recent grad, outdoorsy, sociable, and tidy! Looking for someone fun and tidy(ish).

Large lounge and very new, well-appointed, kitchen. Virgin fibre broadband. Plenty of storage space in the kitchen and space for a bike under the stairs. Permit parking available.

This is taking over the tenancy of a PhD student who has moved to the USA, so he left a kingsize mattress, wardrobe, and some shelving.

Has washing machine, dishwasher, permit parking, and space for bikes under the stairs!

There will be an admin fee to sort the contract with the agency. Bills aren't included. Delayed starts possible!
