There is on street parking and excellent access to public transport and the sea is just five minutes walk away. Two non-family references will be required please. The rent is inclusive of all bills and WiFi. You will be responsible for your own TV licence, contents insurance and, as this is a taxed as a self-contained flat, council tax (which is approx £25pw or free if you are exempt).
