Is 3 stories high, over 50 meters deep has 4 bathrooms, the kitchen has two hobs & 4 ovens, 2 fridges over 30 kitchen cupboards, a high speed washing machine all the pots and pans you'd ever need.

It's neutrally decorated and carpeted throughout and cleaned weekly.

The Location:
You are 15 minutes walk from Portsmouth City Centre, 10 minutes from Fratton Train station, and 5 minutes from Palmeston Road Shops, Albert Road Shops, the beach, Southsea common and the beech and seafront.

There are no parking permits on the road.
You won't be sharing with students.

You can't get a better location.

The agreement:
All bills are included (water, council tax, electric, gas and broadband 300Mb/s) Internet is included

Ideally I look for 1 year + or semi-permanent lets, 6 month minimum term
