The property has been lovingly updated and I now look forward to sharing it with a friendly, tidy and considerate female housemate - who doesn’t mind cohabiting with two totally adorable and very privileged cats. I'm occasionally away but when at home I enjoy my own space equally as much as chatting over a bottle of wine. This is a well-loved home in a friendly community street where the neighbours look-out for each other. You don’t need to be vegetarian but it's a meat-free space.

Situated along Albert Road you are never more than a five minute walk from a bar, shop, or restaurant. If you’re familiar with Southsea you already appreciate its independent culture and cool coastal vibes.
