Double Bedroom in 2 bed Southsea flat - sea views!

My housemate is moving out so I'm looking for someone new to move in from 1st May. I'll be quite picky so just because you've contacted me doesn't mean I'll respond!

In portsmouth. Rent is £500 + average £170 bills (energy , water, internet, council tax) a month so around £670ish a month. Please note that the water bill is yearly and the next payment for that is end of May. Room has a wardrobe and drawers but is otherwise unfurnished (bed and desk in photos going with the old housemate), does fit a double bed. Has great ocean views from the room and is well located in Southsea near shops and the train station. One other roommate (me) who works from home. Fully furnished kitchen, bathroom with shower and bath, living room with sofa, dining table, balcony and sea views. 5th floor, no elevator. There is street parking in the permit zones but no specific parking space.
