Available for a single working professional/mature student. Shared large lounge and bathroom(with bath and shower). Kitchen including fridge freezer and new washing machine. Downstairs toilet. . It would be most suited to a quieter person. Housemates are sociable and would welcome the right person. The smoking policy is outside only in the garden. Bills not included ( £85 per person per month),which includes wireless broadband . The house is a 5min walk from Fratton train station 10min walk Albert Rd and close to the University of Portsmouth.
