This 7 bedroom home has a shared open plan lounge, bathroom, garden and kitchen. The kitchen is kitted out with all the necessities including a oven, hob, microwave kettle, toaster washing machine and fridge freezer. The living room features a TV, sofa, chairs and small table which is ideal for socialising.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a single bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, full length mirror and desk and chair, making it the perfect study space.

**Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in is permitted from 4 pm onward, and check-out is scheduled for 10 am.
Requests for late check-outs and early check-ins can be made during the booking process, subject to availability and with a minimal fee.

**Important Notice:
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please adhere to the following regulations:
Unauthorized early check-ins and late check-outs will result in a fine of £50.
Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited, with a £100 fine.
Guests bringing pets without prior authorization will be charged £100.

This property is proudly managed by Air Maison who will be available for any queries and issues you have when booking. We are currently offering this room at £325 per week plus a £40 cleaning fee. We can provide weekly or monthly stays but please contact us and we will try to accommodate your preferred length of stay.
