Hello, I have big, clean room to rent in a shared 3 bedroom flat in Southsea to share with 2 single professionals in their late twenties. The other sharers are friendly but do not want to live in a party house. The flat is in a victorian terrace house that was refurbished a couple of years ago, so it has some period features like original fireplaces, but also a modern kitchen and bathroom. Great location near the Common, seafront and Southsea shopping area.
The bathroom, kitchen and living room are shared. There is gas central heating, a washer/dryer and broadband included.
The room to let has a double bed, desk and built in wardrobe.
The minimum let is for 6 months. The rent is £385 a month and the deposit is £300.
