Top floor flat with stunning sea views
Hi,
My name's Kate and I'm looking for someone lovely to move in with me in this gorgeous 4th floor two bedroom flat. I'm not the landlord, he lives in London. It's a double room with bed, small desk and clothes rail provided. The room and lounge have stunning views over Southsea common and out to sea.
It's a great location for nearby cafes, restaurants, shops, Portsmouth Harbour train station and Gunwharf Quays.
It's a tastefully decorated home with central heating and high ceilings. Communal areas are furnished but there isn't a cleaner so anyone moving in would be required to pitch in with keeping it clean and tidy.
Rent is £550 p/month and includes bills (TV, internet, gas, electricity, council tax and water) there is a washing machine, TV and dishwasher.
A professional or PHD student would be great, someone friendly and respectful who doesn't keep late hours during the week.
A years contract would need to be signed with a trusted landlord, and a deposit of ã400 as well as the first months rent up front.
If you're interested please send me a message.
