A very well kept student house that has only been in student hands for the last two years. Rented privately from a great landlord who always meets you half way. Very spacious living room and dining area, a good quality kitchen with washing machine and boiler (both repaired and updated within the last year) and a cozy little garden which is perfect for afternoon bbqs and post-study beers. One bathroom with bath tub and newly laid floor. The three bedrooms are well-kept and located on the first floor.
The house is situated very close to Albert Road (a great street for fun nights out, co-op and Tesco, post office etc.) and with a 20 min walking distance to the university. Walk 15 minutes south and you'll encounter the seaside!
We have had two amazing years in this house and can warmly recommend it for a comfortable few years at university.
