I am moving out of my room in order to save some money over the summer and am looking for someone to take over the room.
The flat is on Palmerston Road so very close to everything you would need. It has a large shared kitchen, large shared living room and shared bathroom. There are three bedrooms, two of which are occupied. The available room is a large double room and is furnished with a bed, desk and wardrobe.
The room has a contract until the end of August so I need someone to cover the entire end of the contract. The contract will then be up for renewal so you will be able to either renew or leave.
The rent for the room is £250 a month + bills. The bills are roughly £20 each month and gas and electric bills are quarterly. The deposit is one months rent, but I will pay the admin fee for changing contract names.
