Hi. I have two rooms to let in Southsea. A bedroom and sitting room. In the main, a quiet house, where your privacy will be respected. We're near Albert Road, 10 minutes, if you run, from the seaside and just a brisk walk from Fratton Station.
I don't mind a smoker, as I do smoke but not in the house.
There is wifi and a broadband connection, the is a Virgin box in the sitting room but you will need your own television.
There is a suntrap of a garden.
I am looking for a friendly female lodger who will share the cleaning of the communal areas.
This is not suitable for couples, students or HB.
