I have a 4 bedroom house in Southsea Portsmouth. Currently living in the property are 4 professionals with one due to move to out in October due to a work commitment elsewhere. I am looking to rent out a furnished/unfurnished double room (£475). Included in the rent price is a fully furnished shared living area, broadband and all associated bills.
The house is located down in the Southsea area within a stones throw from Southsea common. There is no parking available with the property however free street parking is available between 6pm-8am adjacent to the house.
The current housemates are all professionals and are looking for somebody similar.
