Room For Rent, Double Bed/Room Great House

One of our mates is leaving the Uni so we have a room available, Landlord is pretty relaxed and has been really good. We have a garden and cellar, and the house is about a 15 minute walk to the uni or 2 min bus. The house is better than most student houses, it is fully furnished with leather sofas and carpet throughout. There is a bathroom downstairs and a bathroom upstairs. The vacant room is UPSTAIRS. We are all guys, we don't go out that much but are always up for a having a few drinks in the day/evening and having a laugh. We are into sport/music/films and are easy to get along with. We are looking for someone who will have respect for the house and is trustworthy as we've kept it reasonably tidy and someone who is easy to live with and get along with as we share a lot of our belongings and mostly do group food shops to save money (dont worry you dont have to do this if you dont want) Get in touch and come and meet us and the house!
