Flat on Southsea common with great views across to the Isle of Wight. My current lodger is moving out on 6th of February. You would be sharing with just myself I'm 35 years of age, clean tidy and quiet, I'm not really a drinker so my partying days are few and far between. I have a small dog she is a toy poodle and non molting and no trouble at all, so must like pets. Newly fitted kitchen with an American fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. New bathroom with overhead shower and bath. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, draws, wardrobe and an oak unit for storage, but your welcome to bring your own furniture if you wish.
