House is off Albert Rd. walking distance to bus, train, shops and seafront. I do all washing and change bedding--room and house cleaned weekly. Price £100per wk is all inclusive of all this and bills. You only have to feed yourself. It is a quiet house ,non smoker, age 27 plus please. Females only please.
