Room for Rent in Southsea!!!

We are two professional males aged 24 and 29 looking for a tenant for our spare room. House is located in Southsea a ten minute walk from Albert Road and Fratton train station. The bathroom, kitchen and living room are all shared and fully furnished. There is permit parking available. The bedroom available is located on the ground floor, currently furnished with a single bed (can fit a double), a desk and chair and small chest of drawers. There is also an alcove with hanging space, so a wardrobe probably won't be needed. Bills are not included in the rent, and usually come quarterly. Council tax and Virgin are paid monthly (roughly £55 per person combined). We are sociable and laid back as a household. If you have any other questions please let me know.
