You will need to "BUDDY UP" to rent the whole house OR I can take names of applicants individually to form a group of 4. Please email me in the first instance. I might consider a minimum of 2 tenants initially but will obviously still be looking to rent out all 4 rooms eventually.

I can offer individual tenancy agreements with varying start dates but contract end date must be the same for all 4 tenants, based on a 5-10 month tenancy agreement.

Rent is payable monthly in advance.

UK Surety/Guarantor required for each tenant. Surety/Guarantor must be a home owner & be in full time employment. If you do NOT have a UK Surety/Guarantor, you can pay the full rent in advance, as an alternative.

Rent includes Utility Bills (Gas, Electric, Water & Sewerage) & Virgin Media Superfast "VOOM FIBRE 1" Wireless Broadband Package (UP TO 350Mbps). Rent does NOT include Council Tax but full time students are exempt from paying Council Tax.

The house is in Southsea & is only a 5/7 minute walk to Fratton train station.
