Hey guys, we are looking for 3 more house mates to live with us next year. We are friendly, sociable group of people and easy to get along with. We like to go out but mostly at the weekends. The house is located on Netley Road in Southsea, which is about a 20/25 minute walk to the university. The house has has recently been refurbished and has 8 double beds and all rooms are furnished. The kitchen and lounge are interlinked. All bills are included and the wifi is included, provided by virgin. Everyone will pay equal rent at £425 per calender month. Which we think is a great price for the area
