The room is quite small but perfectly formed with two clothing rails, a six drawer chest of drawers and plenty of storage space beneath the bed for all your other things. There is a south facing window overlooking the lovely garden that floods the room with light and a very effective black out roller blind for those occasions you'd prefer it dark.

The rest of the house is great too. As you enter the property there's an area for the recycling or a place to lock up your bike. A shiny red door opens onto the oak floored hallway which is brightly lit with down lighters. In front of you are the stairs. Off to the left is the lounge with white leather sofa and marble dining room table. It's a large bright room with alternative lighting, lamps for mood settings and bright main lights. It's a nice social and comfortable area.

The next room off the hallway is the kitchen. It is a modern fitted kitchen with grey walls, large stainless steel oven, fridge, micro, washing machine, toaster, kettle and plenty of white crockery. It's fitted with white units, oak worktops, granite tiles and slate floor. There is a door off to the kitchen to the garden/. It's a low maintenance patio area with seating and a selection of plants. This is a great place for relaxing in nice weather. This space is also useful for airing your washing as there is a whirly gig line available.

The space under the stairs has been converted into a breakfast bar, with two bar stools, oak work surface and down lighters. It's also very useful for studying as the worktop is very long and a great place to spread out folders and your computer. Here there is an internet connection with virgin media.

Upstairs there is the shared bathroom. It's very stylish with white Italian designer toilet and sink. There is a corner bath for long relaxing soaks and an over shower for a quick wash. We each have our own bathroom cabinet for all our wonderful products and another for cleaning equipment. The room is surrounded by mirrors which create space for pampering and beautifying yourself.

The house is in Grayshott Road, off Goldsmith Avenue so it's only 7 minutes’ walk from Fratton station. For grocery shopping there are plenty of local corner shops like Tesco Metro and Co-op. For larger shops Asda is near the station or Lidls is nearer. For other sorts of shopping there are some great independent shops just a couple of streets away in Albert Road or Portsmouth Town centre is merely a bus ride/short cycle away. There is a bus stop really close to the house with lots of routes passing. As for the nightlife, we are near Albert Road where there are some great bars and clubs to enjoy.

Ideally we would prefer to love with a non smoking female as we are both female who live in the house. Ideally comfortable around dogs as I have a friendly pretty Afghan called "Blue".
