Double room in large seafront flat with balcony

A large 3 bedroom flat, with lots of natural light - one double bedroom is currently available. The flat overlooks Southsea Common so it's amazing place to be, especially in the summer.

The location is really convenient: close to the Southsea shops (Debenhams, John Lewis, Waitrose, New Look etc) and also close to the restaurants and bars on Palmerston Rd and Osborne. Despite this it's still quiet in the evenings.

It has a large living room with balcony and a dining room table. TV has access to NowTV and catch-up channels. There's also a small sofa bed for when friends / family visit.

The double bedroom available is a decent size, but you'll need to provide your own bed (chest of drawers and wardrobe are included).

The flat has access to a shared private car park (rare for Portsmouth), and we're in the KC parking zone.

The rent includes water, sewage and service charges. Bills work out at about £90 each per month (includes phone, broadband, TV licence, gas & electric, and council tax). We also have a cleaner that visits fortnightly which is an extra £12 a month. In total, cost is approx £480 per month.

There's a £150 referencing fee charged by the estate agent Dack's and then a £400 deposit will needed to be paid to the landlord (placed in Deposit Protection Scheme).

The flatmates staying are both professionals, in their mid-20s and very outgoing / friendly.
