Unfurnished room available to rent, fits double bed. Current housemates are four friendly female professionals. Great location off Albert Road near Kings Theatre. No parking permit needed.

All communal areas are furnished. The kitchen is well equipped with large, freestanding 5 hob oven, dishwasher and microwave and a conservatory attached. Open plan sitting room and dining room. 2 bathrooms, one with large jacuzzi bath, and second was refurbished last month with new shower cubicle. Although the room itself is unfurnished, I will be selling my double divan bed, mattress and triple wardrobe separately. Alternatively there are multiple furniture shops in the local area and an IKEA in nearby Southampton.

The rent includes most bills although occasionally (once or twice a year max) the fund needs topping up slightly. The deposit is £280.
